Delete Account

To request deletion of your Billa Podu account, contact our support team from the phone number or email associated with your account. Include your restaurant name and the account owner’s name so the team can verify the request.

Do not send passwords, PINs, or other sign-in credentials in your request. Support will confirm the request and explain any next steps, including what account data can be deleted and whether any records must be retained.
